Which side should your sidebar be on?
After all of my reading on the subject my answer is, I have no clue.
I have blogs with the sidebar on the left.
I have blogs with the sidebar on the right.
The only thing that I can tell you is that with my experience using the small screen of my iPod Touch, I am leaning more towards having it on the left.
Why?
Because I hate to scroll, especially using a bottom scroll to move left and right.
However, if the content is good, I will scroll to try and read that.
But for an ad?
Hardly seems likely, now does it?
So, which side do you think works best to convert ads in your sidebar into clicks?

I remember reading a study with eye-tracker techniques where they say that a sidebar on the right is almost never reached by the eye (except if the reader is really interested in the blog). Can't find the url of the study anymore, sorry.

I prefer side bars on the right. I do not like sidebars on both sides. It is funny, how everyone has their own preference. In the whole scheme of things I am sure it does not matter

Yes, it is funny how everyone has their preference on where to put the sidebars. Personally, I tend to have sidebar blindness unless I am specifically looking for something to be there such as Entrecard or Adgitize.
